Instead of adhering to a single school of psychology, I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My approach is both psychodynamically and existentially informed, focusing on deep self-exploration, personal meaning, and emotional growth.
Rooted in Existential & Attachment Theory
My work is strongly influenced by Dr. Irvin Yalom’s Existential Psychoanalysis and John Bowlby’s Attachment Theory. These frameworks help us explore how past relationships and unconscious patterns shape your current experiences. Together, we’ll examine the deeper forces at play in your life—your relationships, fears, and the search for meaning—so you can navigate challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
